Bonus and Promotion Rules
This page is for every Kamloops Casino player who claims free spins, joins an offer in Promotions or collects Kamloops Rewards. It applies each time you take part in a promotion, from the moment it is credited until it is converted, forfeited or expires.
Following the general rules
1.1 Our promotions are for personal entertainment. They are not offered for commercial use or to groups acting together.
1.2 Every promotion carries its own offer details as well as these rules. If the two differ on a point, the offer details apply to that point.
1.3 We keep your bonus balance and your cash balance separate, so you can always see which is which.
1.4 Our Terms of Use also apply. Where our records and your screen differ, our server records decide.
Converting bonus winnings
2.1 Winnings from free spins go to your bonus balance first. Once the wagering is complete, they convert to cash you can withdraw.
2.2 The maximum withdrawal from sign-up spin winnings is C$100. Anything above this limit is removed when the winnings are converted.
2.3 Other promotions state their own conversion limit in their offer details.
Meeting the wagering
3.1 Wagering is the total you must bet before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Sign-up spin winnings carry a 5x wagering requirement.
3.2 Game types do not all count the same way. Slots are the main way to clear wagering. Live Casino titles, table titles and video poker may count for less or may not count at all.
3.3 The offer details for each promotion list which game types count and how much. A game's info screen also shows whether it is excluded.
3.4 Voided rounds and refunded stakes do not count toward wagering.
Checking who can take part
4.1 Residents of Canada aged 19 or over can take part in promotions, as long as the law where they live allows it.
4.2 Each person and each account may claim the sign-up offer only once.

Holding one bonus at a time
5.1 You can have one bonus running on your account at a time.
5.2 To start a new offer, finish the wagering on your current bonus or forfeit it first.

Using offers before they expire
7.1 Every promotion states its expiry in its offer details.
7.2 Spins you have not used and winnings you have not converted are removed when that period ends.
Avoiding bonus abuse
8.1 Our irregular play policy covers any attempt to gain from a promotion without genuine play. Examples include:
- registering extra accounts to claim the same offer a second time
- colluding with others to split or transfer bonus value
- staking on opposite outcomes to clear wagering with little risk
- using excluded games to clear wagering
- hiding your location or identity
8.2 If we detect irregular play, we may remove the bonus and all winnings generated by it, and bar you from future promotions.
Keeping to the maximum bet
9.1 Each promotion states a maximum stake per spin or round in its offer details. This limit applies until the wagering is complete.
9.2 Placing a bet over that limit before wagering is complete may lead us to cancel the bonus and remove any winnings it generated.
Opting in
10.1 Sign-up spins are claimed by registering an account. You do not need to make a deposit.
10.2 For other offers, opt in through the button on the promotion in our Promotions lobby. You are never placed in a promotion without choosing it.
10.3 You can cancel a bonus from your account whenever you like. Any remaining bonus balance is deleted, and your cash balance stays the same.
Changing these rules
11.1 A promotion can be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Spins already credited to you stay in place, unless irregular play is involved.
